🐦 Processing Time Each birdhouse is handcrafted with care. Orders are currently 4 to 6 weeks out. During peak seasons, processing may take up to an additional 10 business days.
📍 Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States only.
Multiple Shipments
Please note that items in your order may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. You may receive multiple packages with different tracking numbers at different times. All items will be shipped to the same delivery address.
- Made-to-order items (such as our handcrafted Bird Condos) are created and shipped directly from our workshop
- Ready-to-ship items (such as bird seed and accessories) may ship from our fulfillment partners
You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee
📦 Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your birdhouse's journey home.
🛡️ Shipping Responsibility We carefully package each birdhouse to ensure safe delivery. However, once your order leaves our workshop, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@builtforbirds.com within 48 hours with photos, and we'll work with you on a replacement.
